ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Each seat in the New York Legislature is on the line when voters go to the polls in November. In the Assembly, one race pits democrat Joe Seeman against the republican incumbent Mary Beth Walsh.
Seeman says the 112th district, which includes parts of Saratoga, Schenectady and Fulton Counties, has not received the money it needs from the state. He wants to open up the state budget process by holding public forums so the people see how the process works and where the money is going.
Seeman sat down with News10's Ryan Peterson to discuss the issues facing the 112th district.
