ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - With the retirement of Neil Breslin, a new state senator will be representing the 46th district. Democrat Pat Fahy is trying to move from the Assembly to the Senate.
One of the big issues Fahy says the district is facing in crime and bail reform. She claims the 2019 law has leveled the playing field but it still needs some changes.
Fahy sat down with News10's Lydia Kulbida to discuss the issues facing the 46th state senate district.
