Candidate for NY Assembly talks issues with News10

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - Democrat Phil Steck is going for his seventh term in the New York State Assembly. Both he and his republican opponent say the economy and cost of living are at the top of voters' minds.

Steck says the quick answer to how to improve affordability is not just cutting taxes. He wants to put more money in people's wallets by lower the cost of everyday items and services.

Steck sat down with News10's Lydia Kulbida to discuss the issues facing the 110 assembly district.
